DAY 2 - Workshops

Track 1 - INNOVATION CULTURE

Innovation. Innovative. Inno..#$%#^@$

Trainer: Marcel Dziedzic

Language: Polish

The goal of the course

We all claim that our products are innovative and innovation is an inherent element of development in our companies. We are investing huge resources in order to make those words come to life.
Ineffectively.
In spite of the common excitement about companies “being innovative” there are not many that actually are. Those few companies understand differently what innovation is and what’s more important, what it is not. They do not really pay attention to BE innovative and follow the crucial rules of this trend. Strange? Innovation is ephemeral and unintuitive. It’s hard to define and enormous to subjugate but thanks to that it is unusually beautiful.

Key topics/ problems/ skills

Our discussion workshops “The Culture of Innovation” will try to catch up the unparalleled by bringing the subject matter up:

  • Innovation in the DNA of the organization. How the organizational culture of the innovative companies should look like.
  • The analysis and examples of companies which know how not to kill the innovation.
  • Think more while doing less – The power of the simplicity.
  • A better Agile – how to accelerate the agile design methodologies.
  • An unsuccessful attempt of explaining the being to the innovation with the help of the cosmology phenomena of quantum physics and a few other which the workshop’s trainer completely doesn’t comprehend.

You will learn

Workshops will be a dynamic and light discussion full of examples, proof and “analyses of few innovators” and the manner of their actions. Its main goal is to throw participants off grated and stereotyped ruts and to help them on getting to the crazier paths heading towards the innovation. Because.. “The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
